Geary's Garage main John Deere dealers for the Limerick and Clare region are currently recruiting for the position of Business Administrator located at our branch in Kilmeedy. Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.
This is a varied role which incorporates supporting the Managing Director across a range of administrative tasks, engaging in the sales/ordering process, partnering with the Sales Team to provide required support with direct sales and providing Accounts Administration support.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Administrative support for Managing Director
Manage annual insurance policy renewal
Manage GDPR policy / compliance
Manage sales figures for the Sales Manager
Manage contracts of employment
Generate management reports e.g. Clocked Hours report, Labour efficiency report etc
Deal with non-stock purchases such as IT Equipment, & capital Items.
Manage contracts with 3rd parties/suppliers, deal with repair technicians and other services
Monitor and support employee processes and procedures
Debtors accounts collections and reconciliations
Cash book entry and bank reconciliations
Creditors invoice & credit note entry, payments and reconciliation
Month End Reports
Sales/Ordering Process Administration
Order tractors and manage invoicing & terms.
Set up & maintain Customer Relationship Management database
Deal with & record all incoming tractor & machinery sales enquiries
Allocate sales enquiries to salesmen.
Generate sales leads
Administrative assistance to the Group Sales Manager
Generate sales invoices
Register new tractors
Manage stock levels
Update sales price lists
Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and educated to Accounting Technician level or equivalent and have excellent IT skills. An effective communicator with a customer focused mindset is required. Full training will be provided.
