COVID-19 Business Update
Dear Customers, amid the ongoing Covid-19 situation we want to confirm that we remain open for business. However it is important that each of us do our best to prevent the spread of this virus. We want to ensure you that we are taking every precaution to protect our customers, staff and premises from exposure and are following the HSE advice on hygiene practices.
As part of this we would like to outline the following:
Parts Department – Our Parts departments is operating a phone and collect service – please call us before arriving our front door will remain closed we will have your order ready for collection – note we also offer next day delivery on parts
Where possible please use cards or bank transfer for payments – payments can be taken over the phone prior to collection
Service Department – our service department continues as normal, if you have a machine booked in for service please note there will be NO public access to our yard. Our service department will advise you on the appropriate time to leave your machine outside the garage and where we have to attend calls outside the premises these calls will be carried out under strict guidelines which will be outlined to customers prior to the technician’s arrival on site.
Sales Department – again our sales department is fully operational, but please contact us by phone to organise any appointments, for collection of new machinery our sales department will contact you and advise you on the guidelines which will need to be followed to ensure the safe handover of equipment.
